Q1. What is cold forming?
A1. A process of bending materials at room temperature.
Q2. What is hot forming?
A2. A process of heating a material until it softens and after that, bending is carried out.
Q3. What is an annealed material?
A3. A material that has been heated to an appropriate temperature, kept at that temperature and then cooled down. Its purpose is to remove residual stress, reduce hardness, improve machinability and cold workability, adjust crystal structure, obtain desired mechanical, physical, or other properties.
