Question Fuseigun

Hi, I use a flat spring for a test, but I don’t know if it is the hysteresis of the flat springs happens because it is the natural characteristics of them or not. Do flat springs have hysteresis?

Answer Tokai Spring

Thank you for writing to us, Fuseigun! Friction may occur and become stronger between the contact surfaces with the other side of other springs during pressurization, and when depressurized, it may weaken. Therefore, please note that even flat springs may have hysteresis depending on the shape and mounting method.
