Custom Springs

We are ready to take on any challenge!

From large springs to small springs, here we introduce our springs that never fail to live up to expectations.

Conical Springs

Great use in a compact design! A cone-shaped-spring for effective use of space

Features Of Our Springs

Generally speaking, coil springs often refer to springs with a cylindrical shape, but “conical springs” have a conical shape as the name implies. A feature of the conical spring is that its shape can reduce body bending, and depending on the shape, the solid height can be lowered. The higher the compression, the stronger the load, and thus the spring’s nonlinear characteristics may be utilized.

Leave Complicated Calculations to Tokai spring

Calculations involving conical springs are slightly more complicated than that of ordinary coil springs, but we can handle everything from the design if you specify the usage conditions (size and load characteristics). We can also examine heat-resistant specifications and corrosion-resistant specifications.

Key Points on Our Devotion to Handmade Springs

The conical coil spring is usually formed using a machine, but there are cases where the top and bottom ends are an arc and not machined or a hook-like shape is required, all of which are finished manually by our craftsmen. Leave the shape of the end of the conical coil springs to us!

  • We support design and production even for small lots of one or two springs
In the spring industry, our “complete custom-made production & high-mix, low-volume manufacturing” is an extremely unique production system which has not changed since our founding.
We guarantee to deliver the quantity you need, when you need it, at high quality.
  • We support all kinds of environments with the likes of heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability
Springs are very sensitive to high and low temperatures and corrosive atmospheres such as rust. Tokai Spring conducts daily verification tests to properly maintain the performance of our springs in any environment such as at temperatures of 100°C or higher, -20°C or lower, as well as for applications in which our springs are exposed to seawater or industrial water!
