The waves’ angles and gap dimensions of wave washers

I would like to design a new wave washer because the one that I am using does not fit in the existing product.
I was able to calculate the stress and load by using the formulas, but I could not find the information about the wave angles and the gap dimensions. I would appreciate it if you could tell me the calculation formulas.

Regarding the wave washer’s calculation formulas, the stress and load calculation formulas are posted in JIS B 2713 “Calculation formulas for thin flat spring’s design and methods to determine specifications”.
However, because the numerical values such as the waves’ angles and the gap dimensions belong to the manufacturing know-how of each spring manufacturer, so that is why you could not find it.
But if you tell us your desired spring characteristics, we will propose a design for you!!!
