Calculate the load for flat springs

Question Spring Newbie

I want to calculate the load required from above for the height to become H1 → H2 when making a flat spring with the shape like in the attached picture. Is it possible to calculate it? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Answer Tokai Spring

Regarding the flat spring calculation formula, since the left side is fixed and the right side is free, we can simply apply the calculation formula for the cantilever springs.
Deflection δ=4×P×L^3 (E×b×t^3) in which P=load, L=effective length, E=Young’s modulus, b=plate width, t=plate thickness.
It is just a simple formula. Thanks again for your question!
