Please tell me the reason why SUS631 CSP-H – a steel material for springs, is not distributed widely.

Spring Newbie, thank you for your contribution! SUS631 CSP-H is available for purchase. However, since the usage is limited, it seems that the demand is small and therefore the distribution volume is small.
