We received an inquiry regarding the R&D production of semiconductor equipment in which the client wanted to trial-produce said equipment using a spring with high load accuracy used in a high-temperature environment. The questions are: When using a spring in such a high-temperature environment, how much load can the spring withstand? What is the right temperature range? It is not enough to just verify these questions using the material data because at high temperatures, the characteristics of the material and springs are different.
