How to calculate total length (wire length/cutting length) of a spring when pitch and free length (height) of spring is given?

To calculate the material’s length of compression coil springs, we need to know the coil mean diameter and the total number of coils. And then we can use the following formula:

Material’s length = Coil mean diameter x 3.14 x Total number of coils

I need to calculate the proper spring rate, wire diameter, number of active coil and the defection for 490 kg load, 0.15 m out side diameter and 0.178m free length?
