Question Spring Newbie

Given the load values at two load points, I would like to know how to calculate the spring constant of a conical spring.

Answer Tokai Spring

Spring Newbie, thank you for posting!

Although it is the spring constant of a conical coil spring, it can be calculated by load/deflection at the time when the spring still has linear characteristics before the coils contact each other. After the line-to-line contact, the load-deflection relationship is no longer linear, so it is difficult to calculate by a simple calculation. The load value between two load points can be calculated by the load at the point before the coils contact each other/deflection.
