Question Ichikawa

I am forever indebted to Mr. Manabe in the Sales Department for his help!
What I would like to ask this time is the tolerance of compression springs. How much tolerance does Tokai Spring have? I think that there is a tolerance standard stated in ISO, but could you tell me the tolerance of the outer diameter, coil mean diameter, free length in %, or even +-mm is okay too.

Answer Tokai Spring

Thank you for writing Mr. Ichikawa!
Our standards are based on JIS B2704 (Compression and tension coil spring design and performance test method). For cold-formed compression coil springs, tolerances such as coil diameter and free height are specified in grades 1 to 3, so we would appreciate it if you could refer to JIS B2704!
